ABOUT THIS SITE

This site has been established to provide templates, advert examples, promotional material, training resources and inspiration to ONE Group representatives who are members of Team Organic. Team Organic was established by ONE Group Independent Representatives and Senior Executives Anne O'Casey & Arun Pradhan, ie it consists of reps who are in our team.

Not a ONE Group rep yet? When you join TEAM ORGANIC through the team member that told you about this site then some of the resources you will have exclusive access to include:

WHY IS THIS SITE NOT OPEN TO ALL ONE GROUP REPRESENTATIVES?
AN EXPLANATION

This is something that we considered for some time. While we are active promoters of a positive company culture of sharing and cooperation we also feel that there needs to be appropriate reward for effort. Consequently at this stage we are restricting access to this site to our team.

We want to stress that we are constantly contributing to the company as a whole, for example :

  • we developed the Getting Started Manual and Enterprise Manual as well as several summary tables available for download from the ONE Group members section– available to all representatives.
  • we participate in a number of company phone conferences available to all representatives
  • Anne was a member of the first Executive Advisory Board which helps to represent all ONE Group representatives and advise thecompany directors from a rep perspective
  • we designed the agenda and themes for the first ONE Group International Convention which were consequently developed further by the company directors and company staff members. We have gone on to advise on the two subsequent conferences in Australia and the USA
  • we have presented many workshops and been on main panels of the above confences, the content of which are available via the ONE Group site

Hopefully you can see that we are very active participants in the ONE Group community and have a strong record of supporting all representatives. We will continue to find the balance as we work to support our team specifically and contribute to the entire ONE Group community.

For now, we are making this site exclusively for team organic members only.
